RepSurf is a third-party risk monitoring platform. It searches publicly available sources for adverse media, regulatory and legal filings, review-site feedback and technical security signals relating to companies you choose to monitor, and organises those findings into risk records, memos and reports.

Your data lives inside an organization workspace. Administrators may invite additional users and assign roles. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the activity of every user you invite, and for keeping login credentials secure.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to harass, defame or unlawfully disadvantage any person or business;
• use findings as the sole basis for a decision governed by consumer-reporting or credit laws;
• attempt to access another organization's data, or probe, scan or overload our systems;
• resell, sublicense or scrape the Service or its output without our written consent;
• upload unlawful content or personal data you have no lawful basis to process.

RepSurf is not a consumer reporting agency and its output is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or any equivalent law. Findings are surfaced from third-party sources and are generated in part by automated and AI-assisted analysis. They may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrectly matched. Nothing in the Service is legal, compliance, financial or security advice, and you remain responsible for verifying findings before acting on them.

Where you request a technical posture check, the Service performs passive, externally observable requests against publicly reachable infrastructure (such as DNS lookups, TLS handshakes and standard HTTP requests). You confirm you have a legitimate business interest in assessing the domain you submit. You must not use these checks for intrusive testing or to attempt to gain unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. All fees are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds, credits or pro-rated amounts for partial billing periods, unused capacity, or cancellation part-way through a term. Free plans are limited in capacity and may change at any time. Cancelling ends future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You retain all rights to the vendor records, notes and documents you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to operate the Service for you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to build third-party products.

No non-public personal information. The Service is not designed to house, store or process non-public personal information (NPPI), including customer financial data, Social Security or government ID numbers, account numbers, health information or similar sensitive personal data. It is solely your responsibility not to enter or upload such information into the Service. If you do so in violation of this term, RepSurf assumes no obligations with respect to that information and bears no liability for any breach, disclosure, loss or misuse of it, and you agree to indemnify RepSurf against any resulting claims.

We aim for continuous availability but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Monitoring depends on third-party sources and AI providers that may change, rate-limit or become unavailable, which can delay or reduce findings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of findings. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention window.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
